Dear Guests, from 24th of March our restaurant will remain closed until further notice.
The delicious dry white wine of light amber color was born from the endemic MCVANE grape in a 50-year-old vineyard in the village of Manavi (Kakheti), famous for this grape variety. The wine matured for 10 months in traditional Georgian qwewri (clay amphoras) in Marani Elizbar 1918. A unique wine not subjected to final filtration, created in fully organic conditions. You can smell the scent of autumn, dry leaves, butter and ripe exotic fruit in it. Extractive, very natural. It brings notes of beeswax, clay and distant echoes of sherry. Interesting finish: nuts, butter, straw and a light herbal background. Limited production – only 890 bottles were bottled. “I dedicate this wine to man’s love for nature and animals” – Davit Turkestanishvili
